Semiconductor Robotics Manufacturing
BriteLab is proud to be part of the rich landscape of innovators in the Silicon Valley ecosystem!
BriteLab, an experienced ISO 9001:2015 and 13485:2016 certified facility, was founded in 2016 after the merger between E-Systems, Inc. and Advanced Component Specialty, Inc. Providing comprehensive, full hardware product development services for design, engineering, prototyping and manufacturing from early-stage start-up to Fortune 500 companies.
In 2018, BriteLab became a subsidiary of PHC, a leading automotive parts manufacturer based in South Korea. PHC boasts 45 mass production sites in 12 different countries with 10,000+ employees worldwide. BriteLab acquired the AMHS (Automated Material Handling System) from Brooks Automation for its 200mm semiconductor fabs the same year. Since then, BriteLab has heavily invested in R & D to upgrade the 200mm and add the 300mm system.
Today, BriteLab offers OEM material handling robots and systems for semiconductor fabs as well as contract services for engineering and manufacturing assembly. Their 70,000 square foot warehouse supports the vast robotics, production automation, E-mobility and electro-mechanical hardware from concept creation to box ready for shipment.
