Semiconductor AMHS

Everything that moves a wafer, built by one team.

OHT, OHS, stockers, under-track storage, and the control layer, built and supported by the only U.S. maker of 200mm AMHS. Each product drops into a qualified line or ships as a complete system. Every layout is validated in Peakaso before it ships.

01The whole system. Under one roof.

Our AMHS systems are built different.

01

96 m/min vehicle speed

Loaded hoist speed of 1,016 mm/s. Tools stay supplied across the line.

02

About 30% lower automation CapEx

Capacity comes online for a smaller material-handling investment.

03

Drop-in compatibility with legacy Brooks installs

Modernize in stages while the line keeps running.

04

Under Track Storage puts storage inside the transport path

Equipment no other 200mm supplier builds.

03A modular architecture

Capacity grows by adding modules.

Redesigned vehicles, sensors, and routing work with legacy track and stockers, so fabs add capacity, update storage, and deploy current vehicles in stages while qualified infrastructure stays in place.

The same product family supports targeted upgrades, line expansions, and complete AMHS deployments.

  • 01Add capacity in stages
  • 02Update storage in place
  • 03Deploy current vehicles on legacy track
  • 04Preserve qualified infrastructure

04Standards, met

A defined starting point for qualification teams.

BriteLab systems ship to the safety and interoperability standards fabs require.

Safety

SEMI S2 · SEMI S8

Equipment safety and ergonomic standards built into the product, not bolted on at integration.

Interoperability

SECS/GEM host communication

Host communication so the system talks to qualified equipment already on the floor.

CE Mark

EU directives

Machinery, Low Voltage, and EMC directives met for deployment across European fabs.

05Peakaso · AI digital twin

Design, validate, run.

Peakaso is BriteLab's digital twin platform, enabling customers to design, validate, and operate automated material handling systems on a single model.

Peakaso simulating a 200mm fab: the bay layout with transport running, then the overhead track in three dimensions
3:53

Fab configurations are simulated before capital is deployed, ensuring the solution is optimized upfront. Once operational, the model evolves into a live digital twin that supports ongoing monitoring, forecasting, and continuous improvement.

A legacy 200mm fab weighs cleanroom shutdown risk, integration complexity, and capital against every retrofit, and a static drawing answers none of it.

  • 01Design. The fab's layout, vehicles, track, and stockers configured in one model.
  • 02Validate. Transport and ROI simulated before capital is deployed, and the bill of materials comes out of the validated model.
  • 03Run. The model stays on as the live twin: monitoring, forecasting, and continuous improvement.

06Ziqqur audit trail

Every move the system makes is on the record.

Ziqqur delivers continuous operational traceability across the entire automation system. Working beneath Peakaso, it records every command, routing decision, and material transfer in real time, preserving a complete history of system behavior.

As a result, fabs can investigate any point in time and determine precisely what occurred and why. When a carrier waits, a route changes, or a hoist is held, the evidence is preserved in the audit trail, replacing guesswork and post-shift reconstruction with verifiable facts.

08Service and support

The team that builds the system is the team that keeps it running.

A fab runs an AMHS for a decade or more, so the relationship starts at install and strengthens from there. BriteLab supports its systems and legacy installs across their full life, across North America, Europe, and Asia.
